Joe Pavone Jr. is originally from Orland Park, Illinois. He graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago with his bachelor’s in psychology in 2011. Upon finishing school, Joe followed his passions with teaching, training and developing others by becoming a certified USA Volleyball Coach. Joe began to follow his father’s footsteps in becoming an attorney and by running the family restaurant with his two sisters Gianna and Genna. After hitting a turning point in his own life, he wanted to create his own path that could provide generational wealth for his family and opportunity to pass on success to other people. Joe started South Chicago Management Group (S.C.M.G.) in August of 2013. Joe has taken on multiple campaigns and new clients, developed multiple people within his office and now has 8 other offices across the country. On weekends and in his spare time, his favorite thing to do is play golf, read and spend time with his family. Joe takes interest in authors such as: John Maxwell, Tony Robbins, Grant Cardone, Robert Kiyosaki, Jeff Olson and Dale Carnegie. He is also plugged into motivational speakers, Gary Vaynerchuk and Kerwin Rae.
